Goal Setting Session
One Hour long - on the telephone - $150
During this exploratory hour, we will delve into what is most important to you
Define the goal more clearly and get more clarity around the vision and purpose
Explore some possible strategies to implement towards the goal

Group Coaching
Three to six months in duration
One hour sessions held weekly for three weeks of a month
On the same day of the week at the same hour
Held on a telephone bridge line (long distance toll - unless you have unlimited long distance)

One-On-One Coaching
Usually half an hour a week on the telephone
$1,200 for 12 half hour session - about three months induration
Together we explore life and it challenges, setting goals and standards, implementing environmental support, and sharing the curiousity of the journey.
